4. Use of Storage Units

4.2 Prohibited Items

- Flammable substances
Note: Storing prohibited items can result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
5. Security

6. Liability
Storage Balham is not liable for loss or damage to items stored, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. It is recommended to insure your valuable items.
7. Access to Storage Units
Customers are allowed access to their storage units during our operating hours. After-hours access may be restricted and subject to additional fees.
8. Termination of Agreement
You may terminate your rental agreement by providing a written notice 30 days in advance. Upon termination, ensure all items are removed, and the unit is left in good condition.
9. Amendments
Storage Balham reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Balham operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in the appropriate legal forums.
